Zeno Home and Zeno Kitchen are published by Zeno One LLC. A household owner can permanently delete the household. A protected non-owner adult, guardian, or Kitchen shopper can delete their linked Zeno account and leave or remove its product access.
This is permanent. Household deletion removes the active household record, proof photos, recovery pointer, registered device data, and private integration records associated with that household. A deleted household code cannot be reclaimed.
Account deletion first confirms the linked sign-in method. For an owner, it deletes the household before deleting the shared Zeno account. For a protected non-owner adult or guardian, it removes that person's membership, associated profile and access records, and private per-member integration data while leaving the household in place. It then removes the exact Zeno billing customer record before deleting the Zeno Home and shared Zeno account identities. If Apple is linked, Zeno revokes its Apple authorization as part of the flow. This does not delete your Apple Account or Google Account.
Deleting the billing customer record immediately cancels any Plus subscription purchased through Zeno's website. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are different: deleting the Zeno account does not turn off their auto-renewal. In Settings, Manage subscription opens the RevenueCat customer portal for a web purchase or the app store for a mobile purchase. Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription there before deleting your account if you do not want another charge.

Do not send a password, Household PIN, proof photo, or information about a child. We may ask for a safer verification step before deleting data so that another person cannot erase your household.
In-app deletion starts immediately. Email requests are verified and the matching active records are removed within 30 days. Cloud-provider disaster-recovery backups may retain deleted data for a limited period before they rotate out; deleted data is not restored to the live product.
